WELCOME GUTO JONES ON BOARD TO SHADOW FITNESS.

As you know I have helped build Guto up over the last few months months. He has overcome major shoulder injury from a Rugby match, where he was pretty much snapped in half. Now that he has pretty much recovered, we both decided to do a 16 weeks transformation.

We are both going in 110% commitment to smash this transformation process.

Guto has said to me the other week that he loves how relaxed he is around me and that I make him feel comfortable. One compliment I really appreciated is that he likes to learn and be educated. This will take him far in our journey and his own fitness journey.

In his 1st session we are smashing PB personal bests on all the lifts and, program ia designed to increase his strength by 50% in 12 weeks. 
HOW? 
1. Progressive overload (tracking lifting stats every session). 2. Volume (increases sets and reps every week). 3. Strength (Starting with raw compounds and switching in month 2 to a deload week). 4. Endurance (increase with higher and low rep ranges for strength endurance). 5. Advanced techniques (rest-pauses, TDS and many more). 6. Diet increasing and changing fortnightly as he grows. (Tracking macros daily and increasing weekly).
7. Tracking body stats, bodyfat, BMR, muscle mass, BMI, visceral fat
8. Measurements across the body. 
Without a process me personal training him and him getting results is a waste of time. 
Guto realises without this he will be the general gym user doing the same thing for the next 10 years and getting no where. 
I am looking forward to working with Guto for the next 16 weeks 🙏🏻💪🏻🏋️‍♂️ DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, DON'T MISS OUT ON A 12 WEEK LIFE CHANGING PROCESS.

2- Motion should be butt, back and sit like you're sitting in a chair keeping your hips below your knees

3- Keeping the shoulder parallel with your feet and trying not to Bend forward.

4- Always try and keep back posture straight to avoid back injury or back aches

5- When going back up, squeeze your glutes and release so it works the glutes more
